A good match needs to reflect how a clinic actually works—and how a doctor wants to practise. Our initial pilot will explore how well Careviv’s model captures those priorities, where it needs improvement, and what makes its recommendations useful in real conversations.
We’re looking for clinics and physicians willing to share their needs, review proposed matches, and give practical feedback. You’ll work directly with the founders to help shape the platform.
Careviv FAQ
Clear answers about matching, privacy, control, and what happens next.
Careviv compares confirmed doctor and clinic information using a versioned, explainable matching model. It shows an explainable fit score from shared answers, plus eligibility, factor-level alignment, readiness, and data confidence so both sides can understand the opportunity and decide whether to continue.
Doctors and clinics create profiles covering essential requirements, working preferences, location, and timing. Careviv compares the confirmed structured information using a versioned matching model. When both sides have answered the same practice questions, Careviv also shows an explainable fit score from those shared answers. Each result explains what appears aligned, what needs discussion, and what remains unknown. Eligibility, readiness, and data confidence are shown separately.
Careviv shows an explainable fit score from questions both sides answered, plus factor-level results. Factors may be labelled aligned, possible conflict, unknown, needs confirmation, or not applicable. Unanswered questions do not count as a match. The result supports a conversation—it is not a rating of physician quality or a prediction of success.
No. Careviv compares confirmed information and explains alignment. Doctors choose which opportunities to explore, and clinics choose whom to interview or hire. Every career and hiring decision remains with the people involved.
Careviv is for doctors exploring Canadian clinic opportunities and clinics hiring now or planning future physician capacity. UK-trained GPs moving to Canada also have a dedicated pathway for licensing, relocation, and start planning.
Careviv is initially prioritizing doctors and clinics in British Columbia while building broader coverage across Canada. Match availability depends on specialty, location, timing, and mutual interest.
Profiles are private by default. Users control their visibility and choose which introductions move forward. Protected characteristics and private household information do not influence clinic-side matching.
When a doctor and clinic both choose to proceed, Careviv supports the introduction and helps coordinate the next steps. Depending on the opportunity, this may include conversations, offer coordination, onboarding, and planned start dates. Neither side is required to continue.

Whether you’re hiring physicians or considering your next move, choose the Careviv path designed for you.
